On Episode 80, we chat to Northern Territory guide Glenn Watt. Glenn owns and operates Barefoot Fishing Safaris out of Bynoe Harbour and Darwin Harbour. Even though Watty drinks Great Northern, we still had a great chat about the massively overlooked potential of Bynoe and Darwin Harbour as an epic flyfishing destination. Stories of Massive schools of Goldies, Threadies, bastards and permit on flats that get driven over in search of Barramundi, and an incredible pelagic fishery that is al but ignored again due the popularity of Barramundi... not that there is anything wrong with Barra. Glenn is an operator up there that is trying to shine the light on what most of Australia look either side of. Andy is widely accepted as one of the most successful tarpon anglers the world has known. Nicky is no slouch on the bow either, and is already a force to be reckoned with within the Tournament scene, no doubt will be a big player to watch closely.

Welcome back folks!! We are starting 2021 the same way we started 2020 with our favourite Aussie Legend Dean Butler. For those that don't know, Dean is a world renowned fly Angler/ Guide and star of the hit U.S. Show Shameless.
On this show we are pretty much sitting around the digital campfire where the conversation goes in a lot of different, but fly fishing related directions. From Croc stories, to political and environmental issues, then over to discussing the philosophy behind a good angler of any code then trying to find out why the hell more Spanno's aren't pinned on fly. Episode 74 - On this our last episode of the year, we present one of the worlds most influential anglers, Jako Lucas the founder of Captain Jack Productions. You may have heard of some of his epic cinematic masterpieces such as " Gangsters Of The Flats" or "The African Tiger", "Relentless Pursuit" or his most recent film that features some epic Australian footage " Glorious Bastards". But what you maty not know is that Jako has guided in multiple countries including Mongolia, Russia, Norway and now in the United States. Jako started his career guiding in the very famous Seychelle's where he established a reputation as a great guide. 
On this show we chat to Jako about that mindset that took him to all these places and also helped him to develop into arguably one of the best flyfishing film makers we have seen.

Episode 73 - Doctor Mitchell Bates

On episode 73, we invited 2 young guns aboard to offer their perspectives on Australian fishing Podcasts. Our First guest is Mitchel McMaster who is one of the two hosts on the Australian Fishing Podcast called "On the Cast". The second guest is Dr Christopher Bates who is a renowned Mudskipper Biologist (with special interests in water sports) from Townsville and avid listener/ contributor of the show. We have a loosely themed chat about podcasting and what it has meant for these two guys from very different perspectives. Look, at the end of the day we tried to maintain a subject, but to be fair, a lot of this show is just clowning around....we had a lot of fun and really hope you enjoy the show too.... just think it could be worse, we could be talking about fly lines.
